Skate & Beyond is a Ugandan-based nonprofit organization founded in 2023, harnessing the power of skateboarding and creative expression to empower young people. Their story began with a simple vision: to provide a safe space for young people to grow, learn, and thrive. Since then, they've sinceevolved into a vibrant community hub offering programs in skateboarding, education, and personal development.

At Skate & Beyond, the team isdedicated to promoting social cohesion, equality, and healthy lifestyles among Ugandan youth. Their main programs include Skate School, Youth Empowerment Workshops, and Community Outreach Initiatives. They target marginalized boys and girls aged 5-35 , focusing on areas such as education, health, and social inclusion. Guided by values of inclusivity, resilience, diversity and creativity, they strive to unlock the full potential of their participants, equipping them to become active leaders and change-makers in their communities. By partnering with Skateistan, they aim to amplify this impact and create lasting positive change.
