Cover Story in August's Gulf Life Magazine

Skateistan Afghanistan is the cover story in the August 2012 issue of Gulf Life Magazine by Gulf Air! The 8-page feature looks at our project in Kabul, interviewing staff and students and including amazing photographs taken between 2009-2012.

“It's a great place, especially for the kids who are working on the streets,” says class administrator Ariana Ikram, who has a degree in educational psychology. “It’s a safe zone for them to relax and learn something, and we are always encouraging them to play together, helping them learn how to mix.”
